Pay in 4 acted weird, charged me both the full amount and the down payment

Hello, hope this finds you well.
I recently made a purchase using Pay in 4. It charged me both the full amount and the down payment. I tried using the Resolution Center, but since this transaction is still just a temporary authorization, I can't do anything. Is there anything I can do to resolve this? Or will this resolve itself with time once the transaction is complete?

If its a temp authorisation then it means the seller will get the full amount but you will only be charged in 4 instalments.
