No option to cancel a pending payment what can i do

Trying to cancel a payment that it pending nut dont see and cant cancel the payment and have no idea what to do

You can only cancel a Paypal payment if its unclaimed with a cancel option which normally happens when the email address being used to send the payment is incorrect in some way.

If its a pending payment then you may need to wait for it to complete before raising a dispute if it becomes necessary or contact the merchant and ask if they will refund you?
