I sold two items on depop and they were paid through PayPal. The money is still on hold, but the depop fees have already be processed, so they made me have a negative balance. The amount on hold is $20.60, and that is the total before depop fees. The depop fees were $6.58 and $5.85. That would mean I only earn $8.17, which is what I expected. However, the total of the two fees is $12.43, which is my negative balance (-$12.43). The fees were deducted from my account before the total, $20.60, could process, leaving my balance at -$12.43. In addition, it says I must “resolve this amount” where my negative balance is shown. Can anyone help?
