My yearly withdrawal limit is extremely small

Hello, 
I was trying to withdraw my money, but I encountered problem that I have exceeded my withdrawal limit, so I went to check it out. 

How can I be my yearly withdrawal limit 40 times smaller, than my daily withdrawal limit. Does make sense. Is this some sort of bug in my account?
I tried using button to lift my limits, but I already linked my bank account before, so my limits didn't increase..
What to do with this?
Yearly limit of around 1200$ is super low

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the withdrawal limits. I agree; the withdrawal limit shown in the screenshot appears off. I recommend reaching out to Customer Support to have it looked into. You can reach Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Customer Support is also available on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

Hello, I contacted support and I got tip to also add credit card to my account which helped and I got rid of that small limit.

I got it right that after connecting your card the issue was solved, and you could finally transfer the money to your bank account?
