Money stuck on hold

Sent my girlfriend money accidentally not through family and friends now it’s on hold for over ten days called numerous times and they open a case then next day a new person tells us to close the case what do we do ?

As its on hold because paypal view the payment as a 'transaction' then the hold lasts for 21 days.

You may be able to get it released more quickly if you read the option for virtual / digital transaction release in this link.
