Hi, a friend of mine sent me some money yesterday but he accidentally put in the wrong email. Since it's a friend he sent it through friends & family and can't dispute it now to get it refunded. This email isn't connected to any PayPal account but I already have this current one I use so I'm not sure what I can do to either retrieve the money or refund my friend.
If its an old email address then if you still own it then 'add' it to your paypal account as you can have up to 8 on the 1 paypal account and the funds should show.
If not then what does it say next to the transaction on your friend ie the senders account, sent/payment/unclaimed/pending?
