Money Transfer Denied

So im trying to transfer money out of my paypal balance to my debit card but it keeps denying it. Why is that?

Have you confirmed the card after adding it?

Does the billing address of the card match your paypal account?

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

Are the funds in the correct currency as the debit card?

Hi. Same here. My transfers are also denied.

This is also happening to me.  What's strange is that everything was vetted before and transfers were happening so I am confused as to why its denying it now.
