Receiving deposits from Paypal

Hi there, the company I work for is receiving some deposits from a LU IBAN (Paypal Europe Sarl et Cie SCA) with description "Shopify". Does it mean we have clients using our IBAN on their personal Paypal accounts and when they receive a payment/refund, the funds are coming to my company?

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I can understand how this must all be a bit of confusing situation. It sounds like your company may be receiving deposits from PayPal initiated through a Shopify transaction. If you're not sure if your company uses PayPal or Shopify to receive transactions, I would recommend reaching out to whoever would potentially manage payments or managing a Shopify or PayPal account in your organization to see if you can clear up any confusion there first. You may also want that person(s) to reach out to our Customer Support teams if there's any lingering questions.
