Missing payment

I cashedout in a site called Toluna and never received my money and they say that they paid it to my PayPal account on the 23rd August 2023 but I never received any payment from them and it's been 3 weeks now.

Check the email address that they used to send the payment and make sure it was correct without any spelling errors.

Lastly which currency did they send as  you can't accept the ZAR and if they sent $ or another currency have you added that currency as a receiving currency in your paypal account.

The emails address is correct but on the currency issue I'm not  sure
