Received funds before or new to selling?

Did you get a paypal email to confirm receipt of funds?

Does the payment show on your paypal balance?

Is it on hold?

Countries / currencies?

Checked email address with the sender to make sure they didn't send the funds with a spelling error?

Have you confirmed your email address?

Have you got a balance account?

Did you get an email to claim the payment?
