Hi everyone, ive recently made a purchase and contacted the seller to refund.
Ive paid with my credit card, and in activity i couldnt fond a refund button or something, so i went throguh the resolution center.
Ive issued there that i havent received a refund, and as a note i added seller agrees
When i see the status of it tells me that 'seller agreed to issue a refund' but on the green bar it says that they are still waiting for the seller response and this is confusing me.
Does the bar will update once the money will start going back to my bank account or the 'seller agreed to issue a refund' means nothing ?ç
Thank you for your help
