I purchased a Revitive foot massager, I can’t remember when or how much is it possible to retrieve seller

Find the transaction in your paypal account and then click on it, any information re seller will be on that details page.

If no luck and its under 180 days then open a dispute for item received but not as described as per link.

I purchased the Revitive Foot Massager on the 06 October, I didn’t get to try it out until the 21 December, I set it up switched it on it lit up & I increased the temperature slightly & nothing happened it did not work, Seller was buttonwendy, I sent a message but haven’t received a reply, Item number is 394906104035, Paid by PayPal, Contacted PayPal & was told as I purchased through EBay  

I think the word was commerce and I should go back to them but I always thought if you had a problem with payments then PayPal sorted it out, I have explained as best I can. Thank you, Michael.
