Invalid Country Code while shopping on Kemper

Hello everyone, I want to finish an order on Kemper (https://www.kemper-amps.com/) via PayPal, but it didn't work and finally showed me "Invalid Country Code". How can I change my country code? My country code should be "CN" but I don't know how to check or edit it

You can't change your country on a paypal account.

You have to open a paypal account registered to the country where you actually live.

So C2 is mainland China.
