Incorrect bank info transfer

I transferred money last October 30th from my PayPal to a wrong bank name but correct bank account number, Now the status here on Paypal has been completed but I did not receive it on my bank account. What can I do? Can it be refunded?

If it fails to transfer it should bounce back to your balance, allow 5-7 business days and if no sign contact paypal and your bank for a trace.
Advice is voluntary.

That's what I thought. I was expecting it to reverse since no account existing on that bank with the info I used. Should I wait for 7 business days?
