On my app, there is no log out icon. Under settings, there is a "Manage Subscription" tab, but when I click it, nothing happens. I have tried the "Contact Us" tab, but I suspect it doesn't go anywhere. I have no idea how to stop this. They are charging me $39 a month!!!! Please help if you can.
My mail to this company ...i didn't receive any answer: Hello, please note that I have canceled my registra tion for your 7-day trial program valid until 06 08 2024 for a cost of $6.93 CAD given that at the same time you registered me for a one-month program renewable at $39.95 CAD ... it was not my choice.. I therefore asked PayPal to cancel my payment by giving the reasons that mad.. .. e me take this decision for non-compliant order and after searching for information on the net about you, you have dissatisfied buyers for non-compliant delivery.. Th is did not work in your favor either.. greetings a.ph............. I asked to paypal to cut those two payments and not to debit my account for any future automatic debits from this Company based in Cyprus and which has many other similar complaints
i want to stop my unauthorised subscription to Actitech ltd app they take out money every month though paypal . i tried to stop it but they still take money . i signed up for a single month - but they keep taking.
