I have 3 subscriptions from old members of our subscription program that were unpaid. They are from 2019 and the subscriptions were long ago cancelled. I can't get rid of the notices that I have 3 unpaid subscriptions.
For clarity - these are not subscriptions that I am subscribed to. These are customer subscriptions - they did not pay me - I canceled their subscriptions, and have never been able to figure out how to get rid of the notifications that I have 3 unpaid subscriptions. PLEASE DO NOT tell me to go to a place to cancel my subscriptions - that is not what I am looking for. This is regarding recurring payments by my customers and nothing is indicating how to remove the notifications that my customers did not pay once back in 2019.
