I sent my partner money.It is showing up as completed but is not in her account

Please help if you can as Pyapl chatbot was useless

I sent my partner money by Paypal to her paypal account via friends and family it was the balance of our holiday payment and a large sum for us

In my account it says completed and the money has been taken off my balance

It has not arrived in her account 

I tried sending her a message through Paypal messaging on the transaction and that is not showing up either

Pease if you cn help as I said Paypal help centre was anything of the sort

Is she in the UK as well? If so then..............

double check the email address you sent the funds to and make sure there weren't any spelling errors or typos.

make sure she has confirmed her email address to receive the funds.

Yes she is in the UK

This is the normal way I send to her

The money has left my account and is not in her account

The email address is correct she has not changed it nor I have changed mine
