I sent money to someone they never got it. The name is correct

I sent money to someone and they never received it.And it's not returned to me and they don't have it. How would I get it back

Type of payment?

How did you send it ie which paypal option did you select?

How did you fund the paypal payment?

What does it say on the transaction in your paypal account?

I sent $36 to my Cash App account from PayPal and I said friends with family on it and it's never made it there but PayPal says completed and it's not showed up in my account.

In your first post you said you sent the funds to ''someone'' not you are saying you sent to your cashapp.

You can't withdraw to cashapp you have to withdraw to your bank account and then send to cashapp so what actually happened?
