I received money, and it's put on hold, but I'm not a seller. It was from a side gig. What can I do?

I haven't been using PayPal as my mode of receiving payment for a while, so you could say it's been stagnant. But I've used it for payments to online stores (January 2023). I've recently payment for a quick side job, and it says it's on hold for 21 days, but it says it'll stay on hold until I complete all the tasks mentioned, one of it being "conduct 4 more sales/ receive 4 more payments" which is uncertain for me since it was a one-time job.

Is there anything I can do to get it out of holding? Thank you!

You are a seller if you accept a goods/services payment.

If you were not it would have been a family/friends payment.

Info in link on the hold.
