I made a mistake with the transaction id

Hello, I would like to know what happens to my money that I transferred from my bank account to my PayPal account yesterday. Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the transaction identifier and entered it in the comment section. The money has not arrived in my PayPal account, and I am worried that it is lost. Is it possible to get my money back? If so, how and when? Please help me solve this problem.

I understand your concern about not seeing the transfer in your PayPal balance. The option to add money to your PayPal account from your bank account mat not be available in some countries. You can add money in the wallet page by selecting the 'Transfer money' and clicking 'Add money to your balance'. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the money to reach the PayPal system. Your money may return to your bank if there's any issue with the transfer. If you've initiated the transfer from your bank site, please get in touch with your bank support to look into this further.
