I have a problem withdrawing funds to my bank

Please can someone help me. I tried to withdraw money but I received a message from Paypal saying: THERE'S A PROBLEM. Right now we're not able to transfer the funds to your bank.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks transferring funds out of your bank. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history yet? If that doesn't work, please make sure you've also confirmed the bank or card you're trying to transfer your funds to. If you're still unable to transfer your funds after that, and you don't have any limitations or other restrictions on your account, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
