Why can't I access my own money in my PayPal account? That money is my children's dinner tonight. You have no right withholding my money. There is no problem with my account and I am an honest and decent person. Shame on you!!!
Really sorry to hear that, Becca. Nevertheless, as I was reading some of the comments about this issue (from Mark's link), I've realised there are customers that, like yourself, can't make transfers with cards either - so it seems very random who can do what... This won't help you now, but I hope it's at least reassuring you - it's not just your account.
Hi I've done exactly that no end of times just not working for me I'll just have to starve friend sent me that to get some food and can't even withdraw it so upsetting
Hi Becca, if you log into your PayPal account, then click Wallet, you have the option here to "add card" (same as your bank account) add your card details and you may have to confirm your password with visa or whoever your card is registered with. Then "change preference" on wallet page to "card". Then go back to home page and go through the withdrawal process, click withdraw to bank then on the next page, you should have the option to click on "card" as your preferred payment option. It's a pain, but easy once you have done it the first time. No doubt someone will soon show the process on YouTube as people will be very frustrated at having to wait. Hope you get sorted, let us know how you get on.
Hi everyone it's now working but I got a message of pp saying it was was my bank rejecting it lol just like everyone else got the same message.so pp are still not holding there hands up that it was a problem on there side not our banks but least it's sorting now I can withdraw again hope everyone got sorted
