Nevertheless, as I was reading some of the comments about this issue (from Mark's link), I've realised there are customers that, like yourself, can't make transfers with cards either - so it seems very random who can do what... This won't help you now, but I hope it's at least reassuring you - it's not just your account.

Hmm that's surprising, because PP has def an issue with transferring to banks, not cards - otherwise Jazzy1 and I wouldn't have been able to make transfers. Make sure your card details are correct. Then try transferring the fund as normal, but use the card option by clicking on the word "change" (blue hyperlink word you'll see as you are making the transfer). Select the card option and ...you should be able to make the transfer. Failing that....I'm afraid I don't know what else to suggest 😞 It really should work...

Very interesting - thanks Mark! Jazzy1 suggested transferring using the card instead - it works. That is at least an interim solution. Funnily, PP said it wouldn't work... 😞

Thanks Jazzy1 - my debit card is already linked to Paypal just as it's my current account. Nevertheless I was told every withdrawals are blocked.... Still - as I've never used my debit card option to transfer funds, can you please cinfirm they will arrive to my bank account, just as I use the bank details' option? Thank you very much 🙂

If you go to Help, you can select a way to contacting PP customer service. Sending a message via rhe webchat is probably the best way (I'm told using the phone's a nightmare).

So funny, Jazzy1! I've asked customer service if I could transfer using my linked debit card, and I was told I couldn't do that!! Can you please confirm the fund will reach the bank account by using the debit card as opposed to the bank account? Have you checked your bank account? Thank you!

Same here, Grantmk. I've been transferring funds from PP to my bank without a single issue since 2019 and, like yourself, I transfer very frequently - at least 4 times a week. It is clearly a PP glitch. What is astonishing is that they don't even bother sending out an email coms to their customers with a warning. I spent hours chatting with a customer service rap who didn't even know there was an issue in their system... Let's see what happen in 48/72 hours, then 😞
