I can't receive my earnings from Course Hero

I can't receive my earnings from Course Hero. This is the notification I received from them: Your PayPal account encountered issues. Please contact PayPal support to correct any issues and confirm that your account is able to receive payments." Had someone encountered the same problem as I? What did you do to resolve it?

I received an email from Course Hero just this morning stating that the issue with PayPal withdrawals has been resolved. Thus, I tried withdrawing my earnings, and I successfully did so. I believe, there's nothing wrong with the verification or anything with our account, it's just that there are some issues that have been resolved. Hope you guys receive your earnings too.
