I can't receive my earnings from Course Hero. This is the notification I received from them: Your PayPal account encountered issues. Please contact PayPal support to correct any issues and confirm that your account is able to receive payments." Had someone encountered the same problem as I? What did you do to resolve it?

I already updated my details and my PayPal account was also verified but I'm still getting payment encounters in Course Hero.

I completed identity confirmation too, but that didn't fix the issue. Course Hero still notifying me, "Your PayPal account encountered issues. Please contact PayPal support to correct any issues and confirm that your account is able to receive payments." This is also the first time I'm experiencing this problem.
