I can't receive my earnings from Course Hero

I can't receive my earnings from Course Hero. This is the notification I received from them: Your PayPal account encountered issues. Please contact PayPal support to correct any issues and confirm that your account is able to receive payments." Had someone encountered the same problem as I? What did you do to resolve it?

I was able to speak with and be assisted by a Paypal representative, and I updated and added the necessary information, but the problem persisted.

Have you tried to withdraw your earnings today? Did you receive the verfication code? Did you send an email to Course Hero (Tutor Support Team)? I'm still waiting for their reply. I was able to contact Paypal Support and they said there's no issue on my account and it's fully verified so I am able to send and receive payments  with no issues.

I still can't withdraw my earnings. Nothing's wrong with my account as well. Seeing as this isn't an isolated case, the problem seems to be on Coursehero's end.
