I am unable to purchase items from various vendors using Safari

For the past few days, I have been unable to pay for products using PayPal.  I choose PayPal and when the pop-up window appears it says "This webpage was reloaded and a problem occurred".  I have cleared cookies and cache and restarted my computer.  It works fine in Chrome but I prefer to use Safari.

Hi @sbhorr

 

It does seem strange that it is working in one browser and not the other. The fact that it is working in one browser and not the other would lead to believe that it is a browser issue and not your PayPal account. I would double check that your browser is up to date and ensure you have your pop ups are enabled.

Everything is up to date. It is not PayPal because it does work on Chrome.
