How to withdraw my PayPal balance to bank in Nigeria please

Please am trying to pull out my clients money on my PayPal because it was as a refunds , and am from Nigeria please help please communities

The option to receive paypal payments is not available in Nigeria however you can of course receive 'refunds' as long as the seller uses the refund option.

Any refunds will automatically go back to the card you used to fund the transaction when you first placed your order.

Once marked completed it will be sent to your card >>> Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

But mind didnt went to my card,rather remains in my paypal balance

Can't be in your balance as you can't hold a balance in Nigeria.

And I'm saying mind is possible, in my PayPal balance I have the money right in there , please I know what am saying , I wish I can send you a proof of what I mean to see as well, that am not lying here

Then all I can think of is that for some reason the refund did not go back to your card and bounced back to your paypal balance.

Unfortunately you can't withdraw funds in Nigeria but you may be able to 'spend' it from your balance?

Anything else your best bet is to ask customer services.
