how can i convert myr to usd or usd to myr ? or any way to withdraw them both?

Am I trying to withdraw all my money from my PayPal accounts, I have two currencies accounts MYR and USD.
I can't withdraw from both of them at once, I can only select one currency each time to withdraw from it, so I can withdraw from the USD, but the MYR, I can't because the balance is 31MYR which is "below the limit for transaction", so I go to my wallet tap trying to convert the MYR to USD, but I can't, the MYR have no "convert currency" option, will what do I do? I try to convert the USD to MYR, but I can't, in the "convert currency" options list, there is no MYR.
So my question here, is it passable to withdraw all my money from PayPal? and how to do that?

hello ? please anyone ? is it impassable to take all my money in 2024 ? why is this passable in all the other online money services like wise and not here? is there any chance to contact the PayPal customer support ? 
please any help ?

im facing the exact same issue and it baffles me how horrible the support experience has been. its such a simple straight forward question yet you cant find answer anywhere! so frustrating!
