How to pay an invoice with XOOM? Where to add the reference?

Hello,

I was wondering how I can pay an invoice via XOOM. I would need to add a reference, together with the IBAN. I did not see where, though.

Can Xoom only be used for Transactions to an IBAN, without a reference? That would exclude all users of the Revolut Bank, right?
