I've a question regarding transaction fee or tax related whenever I receive money through paypal business account. I tried first time receiving, they told that there is a Good and service tax and they covered it but now my clients says there is no fee or tax paypal mentions and whenever I receive, paypal charges some fee, I just wanna know is there a way I can calculate transactions fee so I can tell my clients beforehand.
or if there is a way I can make my client show good and service tax? they used to see it before not now.

However you can't pass on the fee to your clients.

No surcharges
You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as a payment method. You may charge a handling fee in connection with the sale of goods or services as long as the handling fee does not operate as a surcharge and is not higher than the handling fee you charge for non-PayPal transactions.
