I was trying to buy something off Aliexpress through paypal and it said there was an error doing the payment, so I just went and paid directly with my credit card without using paypal. But then some time later I see an email about a pending paypal payment of the same amount I just paid, so it's like I bought the same thing twice. It says:
"This transaction is currently pending compliance review. Please do not try to send the payment again until you hear from PayPal. If the compliance team has any questions for you regarding the payment, the team will reach out to you via email. Thank you in advance for your patience with this matter."
with no way to cancel it. What can I do so I don't get charged twice?
