Tried to make a Target purchase over $100 on November 1st. When I his checkout and tried to pay using PayPal it said "unable to complete transaction" and wouldn't go further. I cancelled the order and removed it from the cart, but the PayPal still says "Authorization in progress". How long does it usually take to resolve?

A few days to a week, 30 days on the extreme end. Beyond 30 days, contact your card/bank to void the authorization.
