How do I contact the payment recipient through Paypal?

Hello,

I'm new to this -- I need to contact the recipient of a payment that I made.  I need to redo because of an incorrect explanation.  How do I contact the recipient through PayPal?

Thank you for your post. 

I understand that you want to contact the recipient. To see the recipient's contact details:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Select the payment.
3. Use the contact information on this page to contact the seller/recipient.

Also, if you want to cancel the payment, you can contact the recipient/seller to request a refund within 180 days of making your payment or file a dispute in the Resolution Center.
