For its own reasons, PayPal withholds the money until the buyer receives the goods + 1 day. A day or two passed - the money is blocked by PayPal. There is no way to prove that the buyer received the goods anywhere, and PayPal should automatically release the money after automatically holding it. The automatic assistant cannot solve the problem, and a "free customer assistant" is not available for hours. Unavailable PayPal!
