Hi, I can't seem to transfer money to my bank account. Is anyone else having this problem?

Pretty much what it says in the title.  I haven't been able to transfer money to my account for two days.  Any suggestions?

What happens

When I attempt to transfer money to my bank account, I get this error message,

 

"There’s a problem

Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction."

This has been going on for two days.
