Hi there, I placed an order for some shoes and used the pay in 3 option, I've checked my online banking and it appears I have 3 pending transactions at £20 essentially paying for the shoes all in one? Is this a normal process and will the other two payments return to my account as I only have one email confirming I have bought 1 pair of shoes and not 3. I hope that makes sense!
