Funds taken from bank, but not see transaction in paypal activity page.

I purchased music sample pack. Funds were taken from my bank acount - but i can't see it on my paypal transactions.

Also seller - did not recieved money.

How it's possible and what i shoul do?

I am sorry to hear you're not able to see the transaction through PayPal. If you made the purchase through PayPal, it is possible the purchase was made through a guest checkout. If you received an email with a transaction ID, but don't see the transaction in your activity, this is likely the case. If you have any other questions, you can reach customer support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
