First time to use paypal and customers transactions are not successful.

Hello. It's my first time to receive payments through paypal. 2 customers have tried in January and either it refuses to make the payment or makes the payment and then refund it to their card immediately. What could be the reasons and how to solve them?

I see you're facing issues to receive payments through PayPal. In order to receive money, make sure you have confirmed your email, phone number and have verified your PayPal account. Also, make sure that there are no limitations placed on your account and try to resolve them if there are any. If you still face issues, please contact PayPal directly over the phone or message center, so that they can look into your account and help you accordingly.
