Error when withdrawing from PayPal using FNB in South Africa

I've been trying to withdraw from PayPal using FNB but I get this error message. Nobody from FNB can help either and I just wanted to know what this error meant and how to fix it. Instead of trying to help me, they just keep transferring me to other people which is ridiculous. I've tried both online and on the app but I get the same error message, hoping someone on here might be able to help me. My details are inserted correctly when I try to withdraw so I'm not sure where the problem lies. Screenshot_20231116-155104_FNB.jpg

I am sorry to know that you're having issues while withdrawing funds and I understand how important it is to have funds at the right time. As per the information and the error message that you have shared, it seems like the issue would be from FNB end. I would recommend you to try again at later time by clearing cache and cookies or try using different browser or device to see if that works. If the issue still persists, please check your Resolution Center to see if there are any notification about your account status. If everything seems to be good, the only best would be to contact FNB to raise a ticket for the issue that you're currently facing.

I called PayPal services with FNB on [removed]and they had to change something on their system, hope that helps.
