Dispute closed before my deadline to reply. I did reply case closed anyway but deadline not expired

I had a dispute case and received request for more information on 5/29. The email said I had 3 days to respond but I responded on the on 5/29 when I received email. I received email today saying case closed due to no reply. I did reply but my 3 days are not up yet so I should still be able to reply. Why is case closed. This a bunch of crap !!!. Case is about a android TV box ordered from Ali Express. TV box does not have a legitimate android software on it. It will not update on Google play and I cant install apps from Google play. Box does not run right. I had 15 days from delivery to ask for refund from Ali Express which I did. Supposed to be easy resolution if contacted within the 15 days but they refuse. PayPal is sliding with big company instead of me. Anybody with technical knowledge of android devices knows they update on Google play. There are 2 other apps stores factory installed on device that attempt to update apps but are unsuccessful. Android version on device is not legitimate.

Did you escalate to a claim before 20 days post opening the dispute?

PayPal was slow to do anything on case and then on the 5/29 I get message asking for information. I replied on the same day but now my reply cant be found. I was still in the 3 day timeline but case was closed and I'm not allowed to reply for a second time.

I just checked my Google Play Certification and it is NOT certified just like I said in my complaint. Apps will not update and I can't any install more. How do I reopen complaint

I don't think I'm being treated fairly. I checked my Google PlayCeritificztion in the Android TV box and it is not certified so it will not update and I cant install apps. I asked to appeal my case and submitted proof to the chat that was already in progress. Today I recieve message that case is still closed because I didn't reply to request for information. I did reply the day the request was made but even so when I tried to reply again case was closed. I missed deadline by a couple of hours at most. I now have the proof in a form that PayPal should be able to understand but I'm being ignored by PayPal. My case is legitimate but I dont guess that matters in this day and time. Crappy way to treat customer that has been with PayPal from the beginning. I'm very disappointed in PayPal and will start using other methods to pay for my purchases since I'm not appreciated.
