Reloading phone with bank account

When trying to reload my phone, my bank account that is linked to my Paypal doesn't appear as a payment option. What to do?

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

I use PayPal in Egypt, however, my account was set up in Germany. My bank account is also situated in Germany. I'm on vacation here and it worked great the last time (a week ago) however, something changed since then.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to close your old Paypal account and open a new Paypal account registered in the country where you now live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

Secondly you can't add funds to an Egyptian paypal account as they have the auto-withdrawal option mandatory on Paypal accounts in that country. You have to add a credit visa to be able to receive and auto-withdraw the funds.
