Have my paypal account since 2009.
Always transferred money to my South African bank account.
Recently added my US bank account.
My names on my passport match those on paypal and those on my bank account.
Paypal transfer small amount into my bank account. Entered the amount and account became verified. Paypal did not withdraw the money as yet.
Get error -> Denied - Transfer to Bank. - when i want to transfer to that account
I am a South African Resident
No US tax number
My us account number is one of those 96 accounts that the bank give to foreigners.
