Actually I'm new to PayPal. just want to make create an invoice of something like 1000$ but every thing is fine i guess but the invoice has been rejecting by the website with the message "unfortunately, we could not create your invoice. if you have any questions, please contact customer service." i did not connect my bank details with PayPal.
