Combining transactions into a single large payment?

I would like to combine multiple pending  transactions (all from the same business) into a single transaction for my bank to pay. Is this possible?

I understand that you want to merge all your pending transactions into a single transaction for your bank. The option to combine all your pending transactions to a single transaction for your bank to pay is not available. Once the transactions are initiated, it can't be modified and your bank will take 5-7 business days to process the payments to PayPal.
