I recently paid a seller using my BoA credit card and I chose to use its cash back on it as part of the payment. Later, the transaction was canceled and PayPal eventually refund. In the refund details, both credit card charge and cash back amounts are mentioned. However, now I received only the credit card charge back on my credit card history but the credit card cash back disappeared. Should I be concerned?

Thank you for the advice. I called PayPal customer service. She researched the issue but couldn’t help because the cashback part was refunded too from PayPal point of view. I will contact my credit card company. My suggestion: never ever use credit card points/cash back on your PayPal transaction. It would complicate the the whole process.
