Trying to use my Indian Credit-cards for making domain name purchase transactions through cloudflare.com (who have Paypal payment option), but the payments simply refuse to go through. One cloudflare website I get an error saying something like they cannot add a duplicate card, but I am not trying to add any cards, only to use my existing card already added to Paypal profile to make those payments. There is no history of failed/attempted transaction in my Paypal account either, although Paypal did do OTP based authentication when I added the card to my account. No clue as to what is going on, as the error messages are very ambiguous. Any help or clarification in this regard would be highly useful.

After lot of trial and error got it working finally. I had to remove the saved payment methods on Cloudflare in my account, while the credit-card was added to Paypal (and was the only valid payment option there). Retried, and this time the payment through PayPal went through, and I didn't get the duplicate account creation error (red banner at the bottom). Not entirely sure if that was the reason, but I think Cloudflare (in conjunction with Paypal) could make the error messages and payment workflow bit more smooth, userfriendly.
