Not sure if it'll fix the issue, but you could try using another browser if you haven't tried that already. Or, you know, you could just find out how to update Edge fully. I don't use Edge, so I wouldn't really know. I also haven't specifically bought from Ebay before (but I've used Etsy, Wish, and Shein and they all are fine with Paypal for me) and using Google Chrome works perfectly fine for me. Again, though, whatever browser you're using, I suggest that you should probably make sure it's updated before you try to purchase anything.
