Cant top-up my paypal account from visa card.

Hi All.
I try top-up my paypal account from visa card - but next page shows me just orange warning symbol and no any description.

How to understand - what happend?

I don't think you have the option to add funds to your paypal balance in your country.

You can only use paypal for purchases funded via a card OR receive friends/family only payments.

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

But in same time my dauther cant send me money from own Paypal account.
How to explain that.

When i try to attach photo (100 kb) 
I have 
"Uploading viber_imag[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]19-39-007.jpg resulted in the following error: Unable to Save Image"
What the mess....

Can't see any image. What country is your daughter in, what paypal option is she selecting to send the funds, what funding source linked to paypal is she using to fund the payment.

Thank you. Looks like there is a problem.
Just need to live in another country and forget about Ukraine as a nightmare.
