Cant checkout with paypal

I got a paypal mastercard and paypal account. At ebay check I select pay with paypal and paypal portal opens with my account. My paypal mastercard does not show in my wallet. I attempt to add it and it says: "This card can’t be used for your payment or added to your PayPal account. Try a different card."

I also went to my paypal account and can see my paypal mastercard there and its statements so it is linked to my paypal account.

Ive been on the phone for 2.5 hours with paypal customer service. Ive spoken to 7 different agents. Every agent says they are going to transfer me to proper department, but just transfer back to the que which is a automated robot which requires me to reverify all my information, and then it puts me back in the general que for the next agent who again has no idea and transfers me back to the robot que. Ive also asked for manager but they just transfer me to the robot que. Very frustrating.

Hello @gopgrgoigr

Welcome to the PayPal Community!

I understand you're unable to make a purchase with your PayPal MasterCard, and I'm sorry to hear about the frustration it has caused. To reach Customer Support for your card, you'll want to call the number on the back of your card. However, from what you're describing, it sounds like you're running into our Security System. Our Security System reviews each transaction that takes place and can limit what payment methods are available. I recommend visiting this Help Center article for some troubleshooting steps. In addition to the steps mentioned in this article, I also advise to always log in from one consistent device with your location services turned on.

I hope this helps you make the payment with your PayPal MasterCard!
